Syllabus:

Introduction to design problems and design methodologies and practice as they relate to the major or principal fields of professional and product design with an emphasis on the understanding of design principles and the elements of design. Design work isstudio orientated using project-based design problems relevant to each field of study. Emphasis is placed on advancing visual and verbal presentation skills with the hand and technical skills of model making.
