Syllabus:

Introduction to sensors and transducers, analogue and digital instruments and measurement concepts, A/D and D/A conversions virtual instrumentation using LabView. Introduction to programmable logic, supervisory data acquisition using RTUs, design examples of real time applications using RS-232 and Multi-channel data-loggers and various instrumentation techniques.
