Syllabus:

An examination of the geographical and historical framework, subregions, interests and instruments of external powers involved in regional affairs and the evolution of regions as a strategic area. The interaction between external local states, relationswithin subregions, domestic and international sources of foreign policy for regional states such as Indonesia, India, Pakistan and Iran.
