Syllabus:

Seeks to prepare students for professional design photographic vocational practice, by developing a high degree of technical proficiency and independent research skills. Endeavours to further develop student's professional skills and knowledge in design photographic processes, management and practice. Also seeks to further establish a contextual framework for students to facilitate an understanding of the principal theories in contemporary photographic debate. Students will be encouraged through this unit, by an assessable major self-directed project, to develop specialised areas of individual design photography proficiency and competency.
