Syllabus:

Study of bioinformatics. Biological databases, tools of analysis, sequence comparison and alignment, multiple sequence comparison and alignment, searching databases, finding patterns, secondary and tertiary structure prediction, bioinformatics and drug discovery and ligand binding.
