Syllabus:

Exploration of the impact of globalism on the development of social policy within and across national boundaries. Examination of economic globalisation and social development on social policy process and its interaction with culture. Comparative analysis of social policies including housing, health, indigenous policies, women's policies, environment, labour market and family, with particular reference to the Asia-Pacific region.
