Syllabus:

Provides a strategic level of understanding of contract and procurement management. Examines contract administration, the contract change or variation process, performance monitoring, and contract closeout. Pre-qualification management, supplier development, business case development, and dispute resolution are also covered. The unit focuses on new contracting methodologies and leading edge examples.
