Syllabus:

Principles and methodologies of client assessment using Gordon's functional health patterns. Communication and interaction across the lifespan. Nursing care related to hygiene, nutrition, elimination and pressure management. Physical, psychological and mental status assessment. Normal ageing processes. Attitudes to ageing. Principles guiding nursing care.
