Syllabus:

Problem and need identification - problem solving, systems thinking and decision making. Information requirements determination - needs associated with management activities and decisions, assessment of value and management requirements. Organisational issues - politics of information. Objectives and performance measures - systems definitions, measures of performance and standards.
