Syllabus:

Multivariate techniques such as principle components and factor analysis, Poisson regression and canonical correlation. Introduction to categorical data analysis and multi-level modelling. Illustrations of analysis of data from the health sciences. The use of statistical computer software is an essential part of the unit.
