Syllabus:

A capstone unit that addresses the many ways of managing and planning within the tourism industry. Brings together relevant knowledge and skills acquired in other tourism management units and extends this with relevant hands-on experience, further exploration of key concepts already learned and the application of knowledge to a variety of management and planning problems encountered within tourism enterprises.
