Syllabus:

Health care models, medical and nursing. Health care provision. Psychology of the patient and communication skills. The role of peer disciplines in the care and management of the foot. Health contract, charters, heuristic management and accountability of service. Clinical audit, quality assurance, health funds, Medicare and DVA. Professional indemnity, public liability insurance, financial planning and accounting.
