Syllabus:

Examines the legal structures for non-profit associations, duties and liabilities of directors and members, risks and liabilities, the legal environment of sports associations, the Australian Football League, income taxation, charitable fundraising by offering securities, corporations as donors, winding up incorporated associations, unincorporated associations, constitutions of voluntary associations, election systems, meeting procedures, public international law and international sports administration.
