Syllabus:

Focuses on the nature of educational change and change processes through a critical examination of models and theories associated with innovation, dissemination, implementation and continuance. Emphasis is on recognised practice in the areas of implementation of innovations through examination of strategies developed to assist the implementation processes. Examination of the role(s) and characteristics of key players in the change processes - change agents, teachers, principals and administrators.
