Decision support systems (DSS) including modelling (financial, statistical, forecasting, simulation, decision), data management (warehousing and mining), interfaces and presentation (tables, charts, multidimensionality). Development, implementation and evaluation of DSS. Executive information and executive support systems. Collaborative systems and groupware. Expert systems, knowledge management and intelligent agents. Use of contemporary DSS software. Other contemporary DSS topics.
