Treatment of data. Principles of fire assaying. Spectrophotometry. Atomic absorption spectroscopy. Emission spectrography. Electroanalytical methods. Thermal techniques. X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and electron probe and energy dispersive systems, transmission electron microscopy, electron diffraction.
