Syllabus:

Pharmacokinetics models. Effect of blood flow, protein binding and clearance on dosage regimen/plasma level relationships, effects of disease. Renal and hepatic disease, calculations using serum creatinine and creatine clearance. Pharmacokinetics in neonates and the elderly. Maximum and minimum steady state concentrations. Clinical pharmacokinetics of selected drugs.
