Syllabus:

Social research projects. Translation of social issues, social problems or theoretical issues raised by a substantive third year sociology unit into research problems. Individual and/or group research in a nominated area and research problem. Writing up research results in journal article and research report formats. Evaluation of research - constructing indices of and quantifying social performances.
