In depth investigations of workplace injuries, incidents or diseases - prepare reports and any other relevant evidence with the required detail to initiate appropriate action. Discuss the course this action may take and evaluate the likely success of actions on the participants attitudes and long term behaviour. Identify and evaluate alternative compliance strategies.
