Syllabus:

Response to time varying fields - induced polarisation, time and frequency domain. Electromagnetic methods, instruments and interpretation. Radioactivity - measuring techniques and their applications to assaying and radioactive dating. Seismic - elastic properties of rocks, reflection and refraction methods. Field trips and demonstrations in nearby locations.
