Syllabus:

Waves - properties, propagation, superposition and interference, standing waves, beats, resonance and Doppler effect, reflection, refraction, diffraction and absorption polarisation, lasers, fibre optics and light pipes. New materials - carbon and other fibres. Heat transfer. Nuclear physics - properties, fission, reactors and fusion.
