Introduction

Each student's program in the Indonesian Language Stream is planned in consultation with staff members.

Special Note

Students beginning a study of the language without TEE Indonesian must complete the units Indonesian 111, 112, 211, 212, 311, 312, 321 and 322. This results in a proficiency in Indonesian language approaching Level Two of the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters. Students entering the course with TEE Indonesian must complete the units Indonesian 211, 212, 311, 312, 321, 322, 341 and 342 for a total of eight full units. This results in a proficiency in Indonesian language equivalent to Level Two of the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters.
