Syllabus:

.Regular discussions with thesis supervisor(s); self-directed project management, literature studies, research, data collection and analysis, engineering analysis and report writing associated with the individual's industrial project. Oral presentation. Submission of final draft of thesis. Mandatory attendance at mining engineering seminar series.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On completion of this unit students will have - Written a major technical industrial or research report and represented the results to an audience of critical review. Acquired general mining engineering knowledge through attendance at seminars.
