Syllabus:

Philosophical bases and theoretical developments in behavioural, existential and psychodynamic approaches to counselling. Introduction to group process. Research and practice in the counselling techniques and intervention methods reviewed in Psychology 521.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have the- Ability to demonstrate understanding of philosophical bases and theoretical developments in behavioural, existential and psychodynamic approaches to counselling. Ability to demonstrate practical skills in these approaches.
