Syllabus:

The role of the supervisor in developing the science and mathematics teacher as a learner, the nature of teachers' work, the construction of teachers' knowledge, forms of teacher inquiry and reflection, provides feedback on teaching, considers staff development programs for science and mathematics teachers and the conditions of schools which support teacher learning, and connects supervisory taskes to roles, responsibilities and the purposes of schooling.
