Self development and the development of others. Frameworks and models of human development. Goal setting, skill development, contract learning, developing yourself and other experiential learning. Time and stress management, career planning, transactional analysis and mentoring helping skills. Outdoor development programs. Differences between training and human resource development, evaluation of learning programs available in the local community.
