Pharmacokinetics. Model dependent/independent, and physiological approaches. Statistical moment theory and Bayesian analysis. Prediction of steady state drug plasma concentrations. Analytical techniques. Metabolites. First pass effect and gut metabolism.Factors modifying drug protein binding and metabolism. Drug dissolution testing. Assessment of bioavailability.
