Syllabus:

An examination of legal practices with respect to foreign investments, international business and financial transactions, current system of International Civil Law, its sources, general terms and conditions, international economic and labour relations, legal status of state as a participant of civil law relations, international arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will be able - To critically evaluate aspects of law relating to business transactions from an international perspective. Understand the legal implications of various types of business activity, and have an ability to apply their knowledge to particular situations.
