Research on effective teaching and learning. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have - Described different teaching strategies utilised by nurse educators. Identified learner outcomes for a nursing education session. Developed lesson plans for identified teaching contexts. Applied theoretical principles of nursing education to the planning, implementation and evaluation of specified teaching sessions. Used different modes of educational technology. Integrated educational theories and strategies in a clinical nursing education environment. Indentified the staff development role within the organisational context. |
