Syllabus:

Provides a thorough background into some of the more advanced aspects and techniques of igneous, metamorphic and sedimentary petrology.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have a comprehensive understanding of the content of the syllabus. Sufficiently completed all practical work and assignments to the satisfaction of the unit coordinator. Achieved a pass mark in any theory examination based on the subject matter.
