Syllabus:

Fundamentals of engineering management, business organisational aspects, capital flow in business, engineering innovation development, marketing, planning and communications, quantitative industrial operational methods, engineering operation factors and quality.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have gained an introduction to engineering management functions and industrial operational procedures within an organisation.
