Syllabus:

Situational leadership, team dynamics, human resource management policy and practice, and negotiations. Financial reporting, decision-making and financial dynamics. Process analysis, performance and quality, managing processes and people. Implementing the process framework.
 

Unit Outcomes:

To develop participant's financial management skills, to develop participant's Human Resource Management skills, to develop participant's Process Management skills, to facilitate change in the manager's work behaviour.
