Syllabus:

The application of project research to organisational decision-making is a comprehensive action plan for conducting project research of a practical nature. Critical success factors in designing and evaluating the action steps for a project are highlighted, such as information resources and staff expertise and competencies. Research design and development from the conceptual stage is scrutinised and participants guided through the latest methods of efficient electronic data gathering and analysis (both ofa qualitative and quantitative nature), literature searches and methodology in writing project proposals and plans.
