Examination of the rationale for a public health approach to cancer control. Pathophysiology of cancer. Magnitude and cost of cancer in Australia, risk factors, cancer agencies and services in Western Australia, effective design and implementation of cancer control programs and cancer data sources. Case studies in cancer control.
