Syllabus:

Selected Topics include - pest and disease monitoring and management with AUSVIT programs, maintaining quality control in the vineyard, the relationship between vine physiology and vine management.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On completion of this unit students will have - A background knowlege associated with resource management as practised in the wine industry.
