Syllabus:

Midwifery practice in a selected area of maternity care.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have- Applied a midwifery theoretical based framework in the provision of maternity care for a childbearing woman and her family. Evaluated the impact of selected midwifery interventions on a childbearing woman and her family.
