Syllabus:

Provides decision-makers with 'thinking tools' and processes aimed at extending their decision-making capabilities. It covers the nature and structure of business decisions, decision types, decision bias, decision-making styles, group decision technologyand decision tools for choice, resource allocation, uncertainty and problem structuring.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have- Knowledge base in the business discipline. Integrative thinking. Innovative thinking. Implementing management concepts. Reflective thinking. Managing different perspectives. Information and technology literacy.
