Syllabus:

The principles and theory of site planning in local structure planning and subdivision preparation. Appraising an existing subdivision and a local structure plan identifying and analysing the principles which lie behind them. Sustainability concepts andthe 'triple bottom line' in site planning will be applied as a performance checklist.
