Syllabus:

Practical and contextual aspects of professional practice in vocational education and training. Conceptual models of organisation and administration of training, the learning organisation, organisational climate, managing change and educational leadership.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have- Discussed the concepts of ethics. Developed a code of ethics for your own practice. Solved ethical dilemmas. Formulated plans for change. Managed change on an individual basis. Managed change on an organisational level. Systematically incorporated training into the management of change
