Problem-based learning phases solving real world issues in the construction industry.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have- Developed their ability to solve problems. An awareness of the complexity of real-world issues in the construction industry. Acquired an understanding of the diverse but interlinked knowledge areas in the construction industry. Developed the capacity for self-directed learning. Generated the desire to think deeply and laterally. Developed innovative and critical thinking. Acquired and developed group communication skills.

Unit Assessment Breakdown:

Phase 1 30%, Phase 2 35%, Phase 3 35%. This is by grade/mark assessment.
