Syllabus:

Extension methodology, farmer adoption of ideas and technologies, group dynamics and facilitation. Farm consultancy practice, setting up and operating, consultant client relationships, ethics and professional development, working with other consultants ina group practice. Field studies emphasising group and individual extension skills and methods of managerial performance assessment.
