Syllabus:

Students work on approved horticultural businesses, usually during vacation, for a period of supervised viticultural experience in a realistic commercial situation.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have- Understood horticultural operations in relation to the efficient operation of the whole enterprise.
