Syllabus:

Property investment analysis, market valuations of income producing properties, sources of real estate finance, taxation implications, risk analysis, probabilistic models for uncertain cash flows, portfolio planning and management, forecasting in cyclical property markets.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have - Become fully skilled in developing all the necessary spreadsheet instruments required for residential and commercial lending analysis.
