Syllabus:Narrative valuation reports overview and revision. Research and analysis techniques overview and revision. Information sources and systems overview and revision. Practical experience work period.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit students will have- Achieved a high level of proficiency in the preparation of valuation reports. Completed a successful practical valuation experience, in which academic skills have been practiced, and competency demonstrated. Felt competent to participate in the work of a valuation department as a trainee valuer.

Unit Assessment Breakdown: In order to obtain a pass mark students must attend a satisfactory number of class sessions and field trips and complete the practical experience requirements and hand in the completed diary and required valuations. There is no Examination. This is a pass/fail assessment.
