Syllabus:Main theoretical approaches to research on teaching. Criteria for what constitutes good research on teaching. Review and critique of selected research on teaching, including Australian research. The importance of, and strategies for, working collaboratively in research undertakings.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit, students will have - An understanding of the main theoretical approaches to research on teaching. Considered what is good research on teaching. Reviewed and critiqued selected research on teaching.
