Syllabus:An advanced level of knowledge of the healing and repair processes of different tissues and the pathological processes of disease and injury related to musculoskeletal disorders. Osteokinematics, arthrokinematics, and myokinematics of the neuromuscular system related to the spine and the peripheral anatomy, aetiology, pathology, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and pathomechanics of common spinal and peripheral disorders.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit the student will have demonstrated an advanced level of knowledge of the healing and repair processes of different tissues. Demonstrated an advanced level of knowledge of the pathological processes of disease and injury related to musculoskeletal disorders. Described the osteokinematics, arthrokinematics, and and myokinematics of the neuromuscular system related to common spinal and peripheral disorders. Described the anatomy, aetiology, pathology, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and pathomechanics related to common spinal and peripheral disorders.
