Unit Outcomes: On completing this unit, students will be competent to - Distinguish among students with the various medical and development types of disabilities. Understand the implications of the disabilities for teaching and learning. Implement classroom assessmentand management strategies which incorporate best practice for students with disabilities. Collaborate in strategies that incorporate home, school and community partners and resources for managing students with diverse disabilities.
