Syllabus:Focuses on key leadership and management skills such as clarifying personal vision, time management, negotiation, goal-setting. Stress management and communication skills. Exercises and assignments are used to develop personal and interpersonal effectiveness. The content of this unit examines the developing roles of managers in their regional and global environments.
 
Unit Outcomes: Upon completion of this unit students will have - Demonstrated personal growth and leadership and management skills in at least three strategic areas. Assessed leadership and management skill requirements and developed strategies for improvement. Analysed factors that constrain or limit personal and professional development and effectiveness. Evaluated leadership and management development models and frameworks. Improved interpersonal communication skills.
