Syllabus:Selected topics include - pest and disease monitoring and management with AUSVIT programs, maintaining quality control in the vineyard, the relationship between vine physiology and vine management.
 
Unit Outcomes: Students will have an appreciation of the aspects associated with an advanced treatment of vine resource management. Demonstrate an understanding of the technical and seasonal operations associated with viticultural practices. Explain the procedures necessary for maintaining quality control in vineyards. Explain the relationship between vine physiology and vine management.
