Syllabus:Builds on the applied courses through the imposition of a semi-structured in-house project undertaken individually. It provides the opportunity to apply directly the skills and knowledge acquired throughout the MBA program. It reinforces prior learning while providing workplace deliverables. Introduction to the peer-coaching framework is an important tool in developing mentor-like relationships. Structured to fit individual needs, depending on background.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit, students will have - Built and understood the framework of knowledge of the business disciplines they study in the course. Researched information, accessed all relevant resources and then structured and analysed information using appropriate quantitative and qualitative tools. Used theory and concepts to conceive innovative business ideas and strategies and critically evaluated their usefulness. Demonstrated the ability to implement management concepts and theories in practice within a group or organisational environment. Thought reflectively and committed to lifelong learning by reconceptualising knowledge and practice through continuous self appraisal. Integrated knowledge from various disciplines and used this tomanage the diversity that is inherent in the business environment. Understanding and literacy in existing and developing technologies in their application to specific business needs and awareness of the potential impact on the broader business environment.
